As part of Ajman University's keenness to enhance international cooperation and develop the skills of its students, the university organized an educational trip for the students of the College of Mass Communication to the Kingdom of Bahrain to visit the Gulf University, under the supervision of Dr. Safa Othman, Associate Professor at the College and Coordinator of the Radio and Television Production Specialization. The visit aims to learn about modern media practices and expand students' horizons in media and communication. This trip comes within the framework of the AU strategy to exchange international experiences and benefit from successful media practices in other countries, which enhances the efficiency of students and contributes to refining their skills to achieve success in various media fields.
The visit included training workshops in specialized fields, including professional digital photography and comprehensive media skills. The students also participated in an international conference on digital communication and artificial intelligence, which allowed them to learn about the latest global research trends and support their theoretical knowledge in research methods and various communication theories. The educational program also included field visits to media institutions in Bahrain, where the students visited the Bahraini newspaper Al-Ayam and the Bahrain Radio and Television building. These visits aimed to provide students with practical insights into media work and to apply the academic skills they learn within their educational programs.
