MASAR Career Excellence at Ajman University, in cooperation with the College of Mass Communication, organized a field visit for CMC students and Alumni at the YAS Creative HUB in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi. The visit started with introductory presentations by the “Twofour54” team to explain the services, activities, and professional opportunities that students and alumni can benefit from, followed by the presentation of many inspiring visual works and creative projects, including the Creative film for the college's Alumni “Fajr Al-Alami”. During the visit, the participants enjoyed a field tour of the studios and production locations with Mr. Derek Hall, the Head of Studios to manage the development of Twofour54's existing and future studio facilities across Yas Creative Hub, Musaffah Industrial District and the Khalifa Industrial Zone Abu Dhabi (KEZAD), during 15 years in the film and TV industry, Derek Hall has held award-winning producer and studio executive positions throughout his career, working within both the United States and Australia. The participants were excited to see the shooting locations and the used equipment for large productions, they also attended one of the series that is currently being produced for showing during the holy month of Ramadan. The visit was supervised by Dr. Dina El-Khattat, the College Coordinator for MASAR Career Excellence, with the participation of a large number of students and Alumni from various specializations.
