College of Mass Communication organized a workshop covering “The Basics of Mental Health” as part of the Social Psychology course. During her presentation, Mental Health Consultant, Dr. “Heba Sharkas” discussed several axes, such as psychological balance skills, motivating motives, psychological drives, and personality traits. She emphasized the importance of maintaining mental health by exercising and dealing with stress effectively. Students were inspired by the workshop and encouraged to start putting what they had learned into action.
