A workshop to improve the new students’ skills in using university databases

As part of the efforts of the College of Mass Communication to enhance the skills of its new students, the College organized a workshop on "Skills of Using Databases at The University". Mr Abdullah Al-Taher, the University’s Library Manager, presented the workshop, and trained students on the basics of using scientific databases effectively, and how to utilize from them in their studies. Moreover, Mr Al-Taher, stressed on the importance of organizing and facilitating the use and reference to the sources. The workshop witnessed a remarkable attendance of students.
