Yongguang Yu earned his Ph.D. from Chinese Academy of Sciences, China, in 2004. He is dean and professor of School of Mathematics and Statistics, Beijing Jiaotong University. He was visiting professor of University of California, Merced (2019), Nanyang Technological University (2016) and École Centrale de Lille (2012, 2014-2019). He has hosted six international conferences including the First-Fifth International Symposium on Applied Fractional Calculus in Beijing Jiaotong University. And he was program committee member of The International Conference on Fractional Differentiation and its Applications in 2018. His research interests include qualitative theory of differential equation, nonlinear control, stochastic differential equation, fractional-order systems, neural networks and complex networks. So far, he has published more than 150 international high-level papers with Google Scholar Citations 4500+. He was listed in Highly cited scholar in Elsevier Inc. in 2014-2021. Now he serves as a member of editorial board of journals including Scientific Reports, ISA Transactions, Fractal and Fractional.
