AU Organizes Professional Day for IT Students

The Department of Training and Placement in the Deanship of Student Affairs, in cooperation with the College of IT at Ajman University, organized a professional day for the students of the College. Students, faculty members, alumni and representatives of various IT companies attended the event.

Dr. Abdul Haq Al Nuaimi, Vice-chancellor for Development and Communication, Dr. Nahla Al Qassimi, Dean of Student Affairs, and Dr. Mirna Neshouqi, Dean of College of Information Technology, delivered speeches and highlighted the importance of organizing events that open broad prospects for students. They also added that such events contribute to students’ awareness of the labor market and its requirements. The speakers stressed on the fact that these events provide students with the necessary practical experience.
