| Abstract |
In today’s business environment companies are generating data in Terabytes and Petabytes. Organizations who understand the importance of data have deployed some data science or business intelligence technologies to manage and correctly “use” this data. Data Sciences is predictive in nature. It tries to find insights in data to predict “what will” happen next. Business Intelligence is descriptive, it answers “why did” something happen the way it did and what can be learnt from it. In this report we will be talking about ADROS industries an automobile, vehicles, automobile components, and clothing company, subsidiary of ARJ Holding (Ahmed Ramadhan Jumma Holding) and how we implemented BI technology for them. We will be creating reports and dashboards for ADROS industries that will not only aid the C-level Executives to view dashboards and reports based on CSFs and KPIs but also allow them to make timely and accurate decisions and take actions wherever needed. We also made a website on which these dashboards will be displayed. Customers in the front end can visit this website to view the product catalog, place appointments to meet the manager and surf the website to get other general information. Executives can log in to the backend and access the dashboards and reports whenever needed |
