Abstract  

In our graduation project, we have developed a Website that suits the needs and requirements for the
Department of Family Development Center (FDC), where we developed for them an interactive Parallax Scrolling Website. The term parallax stands for enabling elements on the screen to be floating over each other in an organized smooth manner.
