Abstract |
With all the developments in the country these days, it became difficult to deal with the increasing numbers of customers’ paper transactions that lead to errors, inaccuracy and missing physical forms, leaving the user waiting for no response. Thus, this website is made by our group for our client (Sharjah Supreme Council for Family Affairs) to benefit the organization by transforming their manual process of handling suggestion/complaint forms from users to an automated process. This project name is called E-response. E-Response will help users and employees to complain or give suggestions through an online website and receive a quick and effective response within the time limit. It will also help the executive officer, heads of departments, committee, and other employees by simplifying the process of studying and analyzing every complaint/suggestion made by the user to improve services and reduce errors or to solve the problems. Also, using the website will reduce the waste of time and resources. It will benefit the organization by reducing delays and efforts of employees, correct handling of the forms, and providing fast feedback to the users, and satisfying the users and employees by encouraging the communication between them and the organization. This will ensure customers that their complaints and suggestions are followed up and are responded promptly in a way that achieves customers’ satisfaction. |
