| Abstract |
The aim of this project is to revamp the Consumer Protection website of Ajman DED. Their current website was last updated on 2017 and lacks aspects of modern web design. There are inconsistencies in the structure and design of the website which is not suitable for customer satisfaction. Since one of the main objectives of the website is that the consumer can reach out to DED with ease, our goal is to make the website more satisfactory to the consumer by making it simple, interactive, easy to navigate and provide it much more of an aesthetic design. Features like parallax scrolling, micro interactions and chatbot will be implemented on the website making it more aesthetic and interactive. |
