The Youth Initiatives Club and the Dental Anastomosis Club under the Office of Student Life at Ajman University celebrated International Happiness Day by hosting an iftar dinner for about 40 orphaned children. Their aim was to spread happiness and joy, foster optimism, and build stronger social bonds and solidarity within our local community.
Additionally, the clubs organized an entertainment program with games and competitions, generously offering valuable gifts to the orphans to infuse fun and happiness into the event and foster interaction and unity among them. Furthermore, as part of its commitment to community service and healthcare, the College of Dentistry dedicated one of its clinics to provide dental check-ups for the orphaned children.
These activities underscore the humanitarian efforts and commitment to social responsibility and healthcare advocated by the Office of Student Life and the clubs. They actively promote diverse community involvement in various activities and events, highlighting the crucial role of universities and educational institutions in building communication bridges and fostering collaboration and solidarity among community members.
