Ajman University signed a cooperation agreement with the International Charity Organization with the aim of exchanging experiences and benefiting from the knowledge and professional capabilities of both sides, in addition to enhancing ways of cooperation through organizing joint initiatives and events.
The agreement was signed by Dr. Ali Al Shehhi, Assistant Secretary-General for Humanitarian and Development Affairs, on behalf of His Excellency, Dr. Khalid Al Khaja, Secretary-General of the Organization, while it was signed by Dr. Abdulhaq Al Nuaimi, Vice Chancellor for Communication and Community Affairs at Ajman University, on behalf of Dr. Karim Seghir, Chancellor of Ajman University.
In detail, the agreement included Ajman University providing discounts to the employees of the International Charity Organization and its sponsored students, in addition to providing free seats in its training courses, while the Organization will provide financial support to the University’s ‘Thamer Educational Solidarity Fund’ and field training for students. A joint team will also be formed to follow up on the agreement and develop plans and programs and a timeframe for implementation.
