Every designer has their journey when they design a project, and conveying that story is the first and foremost part of an architectural presentation. When a client or a peer is presented with a well thought out story, it makes the design more relatable and natural.
The final design is the most important part but showing how the personal connection of the designer and their design ideologies led to that outcome is what makes a presentation stand out.
A workshop organized by Ajman University’s College of Architecture, Art, and Design (CAAD) will provide students the tips that will help them convey design ideas in a more confident, smooth, and attractive manner.
The Architectural Projects Presentation Skills workshop will aim to teach students the main principles of presentation so that they can present their projects more effectively and confidently to design juries that may comprise employers and external jurors, in addition to their instructors.
The workshop will be held on March 22, 2023, from 10:30 am - 12:30 PM in J2, Block C, Second Floor, Hall 206. For more details, please contact Ayisha Saleem (a.saleem@ajman.ac.ae).
