Ammar Al Nuaimi Chairs Ajman University's Board of Trustees Meeting

H.H. Sheikh Ammar bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Crown Prince of Ajman, Chairman of the Executive Council, and Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Ajman University, welcomed the Board members at the beginning of the meeting, which was held on the campus of Ajman University. He expressed his wishes for their success in achieving the university’s mission to graduate highly educated generations and leaders.

 His Highness praised Ajman University's College of Business Administration for achieving AACSB accreditation, signifying excellence in education and quality across all business programs. This accreditation aims to elevate the university's global position and foster collaboration with business sectors while producing distinguished administrators, a feat attained by only 6% of business colleges worldwide.

Additionally, His Highness commended the efforts of the Ajman University staff for achieving eligibility status by the WASC Senior College and University Commission (WSCUC) in the United States. This remarkable achievement marks a milestone in the university's history and future, facilitating the development and sustainability of effective educational programs.

During the meeting, the educational achievements of Ajman University were highlighted. Notably, the university advanced to a five-star rating in the QS Stars assessment, becoming the only private university in the country to achieve this overall evaluation. The university also received top ratings in various categories, underscoring its outstanding performance and global competitiveness. Ajman University's global standing was further solidified by its ranking among the top 750 universities worldwide and its high placement in student and faculty diversity categories.

Moreover, the university demonstrated its commitment to social responsibility through initiatives like early admissions and fee discounts to facilitate continued education for students. Many academic programs have also received international accreditations, further enhancing the university's academic reputation.

The Board of Trustees approved the university's 2022-2027 strategic plan, focusing on elevating education, scientific research, and social responsibility. H.H. Sheikh Ammar bin Humaid Al Nuaimi emphasized leveraging the Board's expertise to develop future plans and programs aligned with market needs, fostering innovation, and strengthening international collaborations.
