Within the framework of enriching the exchange of experience in various fields of pharmaceutical research, Drug Design, Analysis and Delivery Research Group; the College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences at Ajman University held a seminar on the status and prospects of nanotechnology in the pharmaceutical fields. The seminar was delivered by Prof. Nagib Ali Elmarzugi, Professor of the Faculty of Pharmacy, University of Tripoli, Libya, and the Director of the National Project for Nanotechnology and Science.
The lecture dealt with the ratios and statistics on the interest of the different countries in the nanotechnology programs, a brief explanation of a number of research projects, and ongoing programs until 2020 in cooperation with a number of different research centers. The lecture was attended by a. Prof. Nageeb Hassan, Dean of the College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences, Ajman University and a number of faculty members. The lecture concluded with a discussion to discuss aspects of cooperation in the field of pharmaceutical nanotechnology research.
