The College of Law at Ajman University organized a visit to the DIFC Courts for women students in order to enrich their knowledge in the legal and judicial systems implemented in these courts.
The students listened to a brief explanation of the work mechanisms and procedures in the courts, specifically the mechanisms that shorten procedures and time taken to study and resolve the cases, in addition to the laws that are implemented. The students also listened to a detailed history of the court and its establishment in 2004, where the actual hearing of cases was initiated in 2008. In addition, students were shown the organizational structure of the court, which consists of the president of the court, his deputy and the registrar.
