Dental Implant Workshop at AU

A two days hands on workshop for fundamentals of surgical implant was prepared and conducted by Dr Awad Omran Ashekhi along with Dr. Maher AL Shayeb. They are AU faculty members from the oral and the maxillofacial surgery department at the College of Dentistry, also present was Abdel Qader AL Toubeh from DENTSPLY SIRONA, the sponsor of the workshop.

The continuous education center at AU regularly conducts workshops, lectures and seminars in partnership with private and public entities to bridge the gap between the academia and practice. The dentistry students immensely benefitted from the collaboration between the clinical and theoretical expertise and knowledge.
