Over the years Ajman University has forged many ties with Korea and its esteemed educational institutions. Numerous exchange programs for faculty and students have been successfully executed, and to expand the horizons a delegation from the Innovation Centre visited the “Land of Morning Calm” to visit the innovation centres and other organizations that bear mutual interest for AU.
To cultivate ties and strengthen the relationship between AU and Korean entities, they held meetings with various Universities and multinational companies where in they discussed avenues of innovative start-ups and their venture into the GCC market.
The delegation comprising of Dr. Chuloh Jung, Engineer Baloola Osman, and Alaa Saleh signed agreements with N15, WimFactory, UlalaLab and Gyeonggi Center for Creative Economy & Innovation in Korea. These agreeements will initiate collaborative and mutual transfer of knowledge in the fields of robotics, and high-end technology.
This collaboration is aligned with AU strategy of nurturing, fostering and promoting innovation to assist students, youth and the community at large in UAE.
