The Deanship of Student Affairs at Ajman University organized trips to the Sharjah International Book Fair to target university students. The students toured the exhibition, and were briefed on the latest titles of the exhibition this year, and the most prominent publications of local and international publishing houses.
The students met with well-known writers and media figures, including Abdel Wahab Al-Sayed Al-Rifai, Barwin Habib and Omar Al Awadah. The students were keen to acquire new writings of some of the writers to get them signed and had fun.
On the other hand, the University Housing Department organized a "Read to You" campaign to exchange ideas and benefits from reading books, magazines and newspapers that students read, and to share benefits with their colleagues in order to develop thought and raise awareness.
Student Duha Mazin presented a summary of the book "My Vision" and student Shahad Bilal spoke about the book "Cancer Warriors", meanwhile Marwa Raed reviewed the book "Take off your shoes".
