Office of Student Life at Ajman University and in cooperation with Thrive Education organized a program to help students develop the skills they need to be future leader and innovators.
The program highlighted the 6-key skills that are scientifically proven that contribute to 85% of career success.
The program also included the training methods that are used by top universities and organizations like University of California - Berkeley, Google and Facebook among others.
Mr. Hesham Al-Tuhami, Chief Executive Officer of Thrive Education, and the program's principal lecturer, said “besides the cutting-edge delivery methods, the content of the program has been approved by psychologists, coaches and business executives in order to ensure comprehensive coverage and maximum impact.” The skills students developed include creativity, emotional intelligence, flexibility and personal finance management.
At the end of the program, Dr. Nahla Al Qassimi, Dean of Student Affairs, honored 29 students who completed the program, stressing that building the student leader is the most important challenge addressed by the Deanship of Student Affairs at Ajman University through the leadership program and other programs organized by the Deanship throughout the year.
