Ajman University to Present 926 Graduates Next Monday
Under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Humaid bin Rashid Al Nuaimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Ajman, Chairman of the Board of Trustees at Ajman University, the University celebrates the commencement of the second group of the twenty-seventh batch, proudly named "the year of Zayed" on Monday and Tuesday 29-30 October.
This 2nd batch of the Year of Zayed consists of 926 graduates from all the Colleges at AU hailing from 44 different nationalities. The commencement ceremony of the male students will be held at Sheikh Zayed Center for Conferences & Exhibitions at AU campus with 383 students graduating on Monday 29th of October at 10 am. The commencement ceremony of the 543 female graduates will be on Tuesday, October 30th at 4 pm.
H.E. Zaki Anwar Nusseibeh, Minister of State, will attend the commencement ceremony as a keynote speaker. H.E. Sara Bent Yousif Al Amiri, Minister of State for Advanced Sciences, will also attend the ceremony.
The University has launched the event website (commencement.ajman.ac.ae), which includes all information about the ceremony. The first undergraduate and master's degrees will be announced on the website before the ceremony. The commencement ceremony will also be broadcasted directly through this site.
Additionally, the university announced hashtag #AUgrad2018 for all graduates to use to express their joy on this occasion, to share their university memories using this tag, and to use it on various social media platforms.
