Firas Hussein Abdulsalam Elmsmari

Dr. Firas Elmsmari obtained his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) from Ajman University, UAE, in 2012. Following his graduation, he worked as a Clinical Instructor in the 4th-year Endodontic Clinic and the 5th-year Comprehensive Clinic at Ajman University from 2013 to 2016. In 2019, Dr. Elmsmari earned his European Master's Degree in Endodontics from the International University of Catalonia, Barcelona, Spain—one of the few programs officially recognized by the European Society of Endodontology (ESE). He subsequently served as a Clinical Instructor and Assistant Lecturer in the European Master's Degree in Endodontics program from 2019 to 2020. In 2020, he became a Specialist Member of the European Society of Endodontology (ESE), distinguishing himself as one of the few members residing in the UAE. Dr. Elmsmari achieved his Doctorate in Health Sciences (PhD) in Endodontics with distinction from the International University of Catalonia and the University of Barcelona in 2021. His doctoral work resulted in the procurement of a European product patent and several grants awarded by the European Regional Development Fund. He has authored numerous publications in high-impact Endodontic journals and is a dedicated researcher with a focus on vital pulp therapy and the application of nanoparticles in Endodontics as an innovative drug delivery system.
