Dr. Divya Gopinath is an Oral Pathologist and dedicated researcher with over 10 years of experience in research and dental education. She obtained her PhD from the Faculty of Dentistry, University of Hong Kong (QS Rank 1) and holds an MPhil in Molecular Virology from the Faculty of Medicine, University of Hong Kong. Dr. Gopinath completed her Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) from Government Dental College, Calicut University, India, and her Master's in Dentistry (MDS) in Oral Pathology & Microbiology from Government Dental College, University of Kerala, India. She currently works in the Division of Basic Medical and Dental Sciences, College of Dentistry, Ajman University, UAE. With over 40 publications in Q1 and Q2 journals, Dr. Gopinath has received numerous research awards and grants. She serves on the editorial boards of prestigious journals such as Scientific Reports and BMC Oral Health. Her research primarily focuses on exploring the relationship between microorganisms and oral diseases, as well as evidence-based dentistry and oral medicine. Dr. Gopinath is deeply committed to advancing the research capabilities of clinicians.
