Asok Mathew

Dr. Asok Mathew is an Assistant Professor at Ajman University since 2021, specializing in oral medicine. He provides consultation for cases involving mucosal lesions, TMJ disorders, systemic diseases, oral cancer, orofacial pain, tobacco-related lesions, viral infections (such as herpes stomatitis, oral candidiasis), and OSMF. Licensed as an MOH specialist in oral radiology, Dr. Mathew offers interpretation reports for implant planning. He also serves as the Program Coordinator for the internship program at Ajman University, Fujairah, and teaches oral medicine, oral radiology, emergency dental care, treatment planning, and clinical dentistry to both undergraduate and postgraduate students. Dr. Mathew has published over 28 articles in peer-reviewed journals and has supervised more than 40 undergraduate research projects.
