The course will exposed the students to know about the epidemiology of periodontal diseases. To distinguish acute and chronic (mild, moderate and advanced) form of periodontal diseasesand management by non surgical and surgical treatment. To expose the students to focuson objectives of periodontal therapy, treatment planning and techniques including pre prosthetic, pre restorative, reconstructive surgery and knowledge necessary for advanced periodontal regeneration procedures.
