As part of its efforts to enhance legal knowledge and develop student skills, the College of Law at Ajman University, in collaboration with Al Tamimi & Co, organized a lecture titled "Judicial Enforcement Procedures in the United Arab Emirates." The lecture was delivered by Mr. Majd Baroudi, Senior Counsel, Litigation, and Mr. Nasser Yahia, Senior Counsel, Litigation, who discussed various aspects of the practical procedures involved in judicial enforcement.
The lecture aimed to provide students with a deeper understanding of the judicial enforcement mechanism in the UAE, familiarizing them with the legal procedures in this field. It also enhanced students' critical and analytical thinking skills through discussions of real-world legal cases and practical solutions. Furthermore, the session provided students with an opportunity to expand their legal horizons by engaging directly with legal experts, helping them apply theoretical knowledge to practical, real-life scenarios.
