Ajman University Among Top10 UAE Institutions in Medical and Health Research
Ajman University has added another feather to its cap by winning two Excellence Awards in the category of the Top 10 UAE institutions in Medical and Health Research. These prestigious awards were presented by the National Centre for Health Research at the Ministry of Health and Prevention during the launch of their comprehensive report on the Landscape of Health Research in the UAE (2017 – 2022). The report aimed to extract valuable insights from the Health Research database, which collated data from various sources, such as health facilities, institutes and universities over the past five years.
During the award ceremony held on July 27, Ajman University, along with other contributing universities, hospitals and research institutes, was honored for its outstanding efforts in advancing Medical and Health Research. The University received recognition in the category of the Top 10 UAE institutions in the field of Medical Research, acknowledging its significant contribution to the community’s health and prevention through scientific research about health and disease based on solid evidence.
Furthermore, Ajman University won the Excellence Award in the category of the Top 10 UAE institutions in the field of Health Research, recognizing its vital role in enhancing human and environmental health through impactful research initiatives. This achievement highlights the University’s commitment to utilizing cutting-edge technologies and collaborating with health authorities across various disciplines.
