Sociology Students Visit Elderly Nursing Home in Ajman

On September 27^th, 2023, ten female students from the Program of Sociology visited the Elderly Nursing Home in Ajman. The trip was organized by Ms. Sahar Zahran, a Lecturer from the College of Humanities and a member of Social Responsibility Committee at the department of Sociology. Through the conversations they had with the elderly women, the female students gained a lot of knowledge about the Emirati traditions and crafts by Emirati women in the past. This visit encouraged students to do more initiatives that serve the society and fulfills their role towards society.
