Course Description
This course aims to help students understand the certain educational concepts and how it was developed through history, as well as the roles and responsibilities of schools and teachers, the course develops students skills needed for the career development system allowed for teachers in fulfilling their duties. The course will explore the structure, organization, management, and governance of the UAE school system, the school of the future and the up -to -date modern roles of the teacher, and current issues related to the teaching profession. The course will emphasize on the legal, ethical, and multicultural foundations of teaching as well as the teacher’s license and the most important challenges facing teachers.
