Insaf Chahdoura

Insaf Chahdoura has been a lecturer in Arts, Theater, and Aesthetics at Ajman University since 2017, specializing in Culture and Arts. She holds a Master's in Aesthetics and Practices of Visual Arts and a Bachelor's in Fine Arts from the University of Sousse, Tunisia. A seasoned artist and researcher, she has participated in numerous international events and received several awards. Her research intersects visual arts with disciplines like psychology and ethics, with a focus on art history, semiology, and printmaking. Starting her career as an art teacher at the Higher Institute of Computer Science and Technology in Tunis in 2008, she later worked as a colorist in interior design in Dubai and as a lecturer in arts and aesthetics in Abu Dhabi for five years. Her work has been recognized through various honors, including an award at the National Conference for Caricature in Tunisia in 2006, a nomination for the Sheikha Manal bint Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Award for Young Arts in Dubai in 2012, and recognition by His Excellency Sheikh Nahyan bin Mubarak Al Nahyan at the Emirati Creative Exhibition.
