DBA Student Wins First Place at the 2024 UAE Graduate Student Research Conference

Aisha Abu Hijleh, a Doctor of Business Administration student, won First Place in the Business track at the 2024 UAE Graduate Student Research Conference for her paper, Managing HR Analytics Risks in Organizations, supervised by Prof. Chris Enyinda. The conference took place on April 20, 2024, at UAE University in Al Ain. Currently working on her DBA dissertation, Aisha's achievement highlights the valuable contributions DBA students can make to academia and industry.
