Pecky Humayun is an accomplished educationist with over two decades of experience in teaching, training, and consulting across both the educational and business sectors in Pakistan and the UAE. She boasts an impressive academic background with degrees in Mass Communication, International Relations, Law, English, Psychology, and Education, as well as being a certified English Language teacher from Cambridge University, England. Since 2008, Pecky Humayun has been an integral part of Ajman University (AU), initially serving as Adjunct Faculty in the College of Business Administration. In 2015, she took on the role of Outreach Coordinator and is currently the Senior Accreditation and Assessment Officer at AU. Beyond her academic contributions, she has conducted numerous soft skills training sessions for prominent UAE organizations such as the Emirates Institute of Banking and Finance, AGMC, and Al Batha Group. In addition to her academic and training roles, Pecky has held senior management positions. She was the Planning and Development Manager and Program Coordinator at AVT Channels, a leading media house, and served as Project Manager at the Mondial Group of Companies in the UAE. She also co-founded Tafaseel Event Management, a female-led corporate event management company, where she served as General Manager alongside two Emirati entrepreneurs. Her career is marked by a unique blend of academic achievement, management expertise, and a strong passion for enhancing communication, marketing, and organizational development. Her extensive experience and influence make her a prominent figure in both the educational and business sectors.
