Osama Omar Abu Salah is a lecturer at Ajman University with six years of experience, serving as an academic member at the College of Business Administration. He teaches courses on innovation and entrepreneurship and currently coordinates the university's General Education Program, where he has gained valuable expertise in the development and evaluation of academic programs. Osama was selected by the UAE Ministry of Education and Stanford University, along with a group of professors, to serve as an ambassador for their joint initiative aimed at promoting innovation and entrepreneurship across UAE universities.
In addition, he coordinates Ajman University's student exchange program with U.S. universities, supported by the Stevens Initiative. Osama holds an MBA from Pittsburgh State University, which is ranked among the top 300 global universities accredited by AACSB.
Prior to his academic career, Osama spent over ten years in the medical industry, where he played a key role in the establishment of medical companies. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology from King Saud University in Riyadh. Osama also possesses extensive experience in training youth in life skills and entrepreneurship, collaborating with various social institutions dedicated to youth development.
