Osama Omar Abu Salah has been a lecturer at Ajman University for six years, serving as an academic member at the College of Business Administration. He teaches innovation and entrepreneurship and is the coordinator of the university's General Education Program, where he has gained valuable experience in the development and evaluation of academic programs. He was selected by the UAE Ministry of Education and Stanford University, alongside a group of professors, to serve as the ambassador for their joint program aimed at promoting innovation and entrepreneurship across UAE universities. Additionally, he coordinates Ajman University's student exchange program with U.S. universities, supported by the Stevens Initiative. Osama holds an MBA from Pittsburgh State University, ranked among the top 300 global universities accredited by AACSB. Before entering academia, he spent over ten years in the medical industry, contributing to the establishment of medical companies. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology from King Saud University in Riyadh. Osama also has extensive experience in training youth on life skills and entrepreneurship, collaborating with various social institutions dedicated to youth development.
