Mr. Osama Omar Abu Salah has been a lecturer at Ajman University for six years and an academic member at the College of Business Administration, lecturing on innovation and entrepreneurship and serving as the coordinator of the university's general education program, where he gained distinguished experience in the establishment and evaluation of academic programs. He was selected by the UAE Ministry of Education and Stanford University with a group of professors to be the ambassador of their joint program to spread the culture of innovation and entrepreneurship in UAE universities. He also serves as the coordinator of Ajman University's student exchange program with U.S. universities with the support of Stevens Initiative. He holds an MBA from Pittsburgh State University, ranked among the first 300 global universities accredited by AACSB. Prior to joining the academic field, he worked for more than ten years in the in medical industry, contributing to establishing medical companies, where he holds a bachelor's degree in medical technology from King Saud University in Riyadh. He has extensive experience in training young people on life skills and entrepreneurship by working with many social institutions specialized in the development of the youth.
