Dr. Franklin Nakpodia is a Visiting Associate Professor at Ajman University, UAE, holding a PhD from Northumbria University, UK. A Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (FHEA) and a Chartered Accountant (FCCA), he also serves as an External Examiner at Coventry University and Aston University, UK. His research focuses on accounting and corporate governance, with publications in leading journals such as the British Accounting Review, Journal of Business Ethics, Accounting Forum, and Journal of Accounting and Public Policy. Dr. Nakpodia is the Associate Editor for Business Ethics, the Environment and Responsibility (BEER) and Corporate Governance, and he serves on the editorial boards of prominent management journals.
