Fares Alhomsi is a distinguished professional with eight years of experience in higher education. He holds a Master's degree in Human Resource Management and an undergraduate degree in Business Management from Ajman University. Currently, he serves as an Assistant Instructor at the College of Business Administration at Ajman University. In addition, Fares is an Adjunct Faculty member in Innovation & Entrepreneurship, where he contributes to academic discourse with his expertise. His research interests include data analysis, strategic management, and team building, all driven by a deep interest in the economy and human capital.
