On June 28th, 2024, the College of Business Administration (CBA) organized a field trip to 'Prism Advertising', a Dubai-based creative agency that combines branding and marketing with innovative digital solutions and impactful social media strategies.
A group of twenty business students had an invaluable experience gaining practical insights into the advertising and public relations industry, witnessing the application of marketing concepts in real-world scenarios.
The enthusiasm and dedication of Prism Advertising's staff provided CBA students with a clearer understanding of diverse career opportunities and the requisite skills in advertising, public relations, and marketing communications, one of the fastest-growing fields in the region.
The trip was planned and supervised by Dr. Aftab Ahmed, an adjunct faculty member at Ajman University's College of Business Administration, who accompanied the students to 'Prism Advertising', facilitating an enriching, practical experience.
Asma Abdollatif Taheri, a 4th-year student, remarked, 'It was quite eye-opening for me to visit Prism Advertising. Seeing the inner workings of a successful advertising agency impressed me as a student interested in marketing and communications.' Mozoun Ahmed Khameis, a 3rd-year student, added, 'The visit to Prism Advertising was a wonderful opportunity. It encouraged and inspired me, solidifying my determination to pursue a career in advertising. It provided insight into the kind of dynamic, forward-thinking company I aspire to work for in the future.'
