CBA Professor is AICPA & CIMA Academic Champion

The American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) have recognized Prof. Ibrahim Elsiddig for his significant contributions to the development of accounting curriculum and syllabi. In 2023, Prof. Elsiddig participated in over 20 webinars and workshops organized by the AICPA & CIMA. His active involvement in aligning Ajman University's accounting program with the latest developments and recommendations from the CIMA, as well as his consistent participation and contributions to discussions during the professional development events, have led to his selection as one of the AICPA & CIMA Academic Champions for 2024. The most recent forum, held on January 24, 2024, focused on the topic of "Reimagining Sustainability & Ethics in the Accounting Course" and included recognition of Prof. Ibrahim and other participants.
