A team of students from the College of Business Administration organized a Ramadan Iftar drive under the supervision of faculty members Dr Rekha Pillai and Professor Gyanendra Sisodia on April 16th 2023 at the Ajman Labor Camp.
The students that took part in the drive were delighted with the invaluable opportunity they had to contribute to and learn more about the UAE culture of giving back to community. Exchange student Priyanshu Sethi who was a food drive team member remarked, “It was a great pleasure to be a part of such a noble work”. Another exchange student on the food drive team Navye Jain added, “It was a privilege to be part of such a meaningful initiative and the experience of helping those in needs during this special time of reflection and compassion has been incredibly rewarding”.
CBA is extremely thankful to Hit 96.7 FM radio network for providing the opportunity to reflect the spirit of giving that marks the Holy Month of Ramadan. The school is also grateful to the official restaurant partner ‘Tharavadu Restaurant’ for supplying 150 Iftar kits to the Ajman community through the CBA Iftar drive.
