CBA Advisory Board Holds Spring 2023 Meeting
The CBA Strategic Advisory Board held its AY2022-2023 spring meeting via Zoom on Tuesday, May 30th, 2023. In attendance were Mr. Ahmed Abuljobain, COO of Nobles Holding, Virginia, USA, Dr. Vasilli Joannidès de Lautor, Director of the DBA Program at Grenoble Ècole de Management, France, Mr Abdelghani Abdullah, Director of Corporate Affairs and Business at IFFCO, UAE and CBA Dean Prof. Akinola Fadahunsi.
Dean Fadahunsi updated the board members on several initiatives the college is working on including updates on new program development and a proposal to revise the structure of some of the college’s programs. The board went on to discuss the potential for establishing a cooperative education model in the college aimed at enhancing the employability of CBA students. It also discussed the potential for integrating artificial intelligence into the college curriculum and on both issues made a number of recommendations to the college leadership.
The meeting concluded with the Dean appreciating board members’ enduring support for the development of the college.
