CBA Faculty Member Wins Best Paper Award at International Conference

Dr Muhammad Nisar Kattak has been awarded the best paper prize for his co-authored paper entitled “Management’s Internal Governance Policies on Flexible Work Practices and the Mediating Lens of Work – Outcome for Employee Work Engagement and Organizational Attractiveness”. Dr Muhammad presented the paper at the 4th International Conference on Human Resource Management 2023 held on February 9th-10th 2023 at the University of Lisbon. Expressing his delight at the news, Dr Muhammad said “It was a moment of great happiness and pride to receive the best paper award in the prestigious Human Resource management Conference. I am grateful to Ajman University for providing the financial support for me to participate in the conference”.
