DBA Students Exchange Insights with Company Executives

Several Ajman University DBA students visited companies in Sharjah and Dubai on which they had carried out in-class projects in order to present their findings and exchange views with executives in the companies. Under the supervision of Organizational Development course instructor Dr Nadir Ali, the students visited the offices of the BEEAH Group in Sharjah and Metcore International DMCC in Dubai to present their evaluation of the OD practices in the organizations. Following their presentations, the students held further discussions with the CEOs, HR Directors, and other Senior Management team members.

The corporate managers shared their experiences about the OD changes and practices that had been initiated in the organizations over the last few years while the DBA students offered practical suggestions on the introduction and implementation of future OD changes.

The visits concluded with a word of thanks by Dr. Nadir on behalf of Ajman University College of Business Administration.
