CBA Hosts Case Teaching and Writing Seminar

As part of its capacity building efforts in the areas of research and research-informed teaching at College of Business Administration, the CBA College Research Committee (CRC) organized an on-campus seminar on Case Teaching & Writing on September 28th 2022. The two-hour seminar was conducted by Dr Nadir Ali Kolachi and attended by CBA faculty members and graduate students.

Dr. Nadir Ali Kolachi is an adjunct DBA faculty member and a certified case writing trainer who has both delivered and participated in several case workshops around the world including in such prestigious locations like Harvard Business School, Ivy Business School, The Case Centre, UK, The Blackboard Academy and Arizona State University, USA.

The main objective of this seminar was to explore different ways to write and teach management sciences by way of case studies. The highly interactive session aimed to develop case writing skills of CBA faculty members in their various specialities and enhance their abilities to subsequently apply the written case in relevant classes. Attendees appreciated Dr Kolachi for the richness of the seminar content and the professionalism of his delivery.
