Dr. Mohammed Sherzad utilizes an interactive teaching approach, working directly with students to improve and create unique projects. He is also the Director of University Facilities and UNICOUSULT (University Engineering Consulting Office), where he is responsible for planning, designing, and developing university facilities.

In charge of the design and supervision of the university and other projects: Ajman University Student Hub (15,000 Sqm, $15 million), design collaboration with MJMA Architects, Toronto. Ajman University Student Accommodation (15,000 Sqm, $20 million). Ajman Academy School Phase 1 & 2 (22,000 Sqm, $20 million), design collaboration with Penoyre & Prasad Architects, London. Al-Hikma School (50,000 Sqm). Ajman University Sports Centre (2,500,000 Sqm). Ajman Science Park master plan (60,000 Sqm).
