H.E Rashed Abdulrahman Sultan Bin Jebran Alsuwaidi

Rashed Abdulrahman Sultan Bin Jebran Alsuwaidi is a member of the Ajman Government Executive Council and Director -General of Human Resources Department in Ajman Government with over 18 years of experience.  H.E earned his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the United Arab Emirates University in 2003. 

H.E is the Chairman of Supreme committee for Grievances in Ajman Government, and he was the Chairman of Ajman Committee for the Federal National Council for two cycles in a raw. 

H.E believes that the human capital is the most important and essential asset of any Government which has driven him to translate his vast experiences and strategic mindset to shift the traditional Human Resources practices into innovative and proactive ones using new enhanced and controlled methods and approaches in order to reach high levels of talent acquisition in Ajman Government.
