The Office of Medical Services at AU, in partnership with the Ministry of Health and Prevention – Ajman, successfully organized a Cancer Prevention Awareness Event in observance of World Cancer Day 2025, under the theme "United by Unique."

This initiative emphasized the importance of personalized care and promoted healthy lifestyle habits to prevent non-communicable diseases, particularly cancer. The event featured an insightful session led by Dr. Mahmut Enes BEYAZIT, Specialist General Surgeon at Ajman Specialty General Hospital.

Dr. BEYAZIT engaged with an enthusiastic audience, addressing their questions and fostering meaningful discussions on cancer prevention strategies. The event reinforced AU’s commitment to health awareness and proactive disease prevention within the community.
