The Student Housing Office in coordination with Damas Medical Center conducted a debating session covering topics including “Normal and abnormal menstrual cycle” and “Reasons of sensitive area pigmentations and what we can do.”
The purpose of this session was to educate AU female residents about their health and foster an environment for young female residents to learn and share experiences relating to the menstrual cycle.
During the session, the professionals also explained what is skin pigmentation, it’s causes and how to prevent it.
Attendees were able to learn about this in a coherent manner, and they were provided with a free skin consultation and a lovely goodie bag full of treats from Damas Medical Center.
