AUST Honors its Distinguished Students

The Deanship of Student Affairs at Ajman University of Science and Technology has organized a ceremony to honor the top three students in each of its nine colleges as well as other AUST students who have significantly contributed in the deanship's student activities and events during the academic year 2010-2011. The two-day ceremony, saw the honoring of 100 male and 120 female students on May 15 and 16 respectively.

The honoring ceremony was attended by Mr. Thamer Saeed Salman, AUST Vice President for Administrative and Financial Affairs, Dr. Ahmad Ankit, Vice-President for External Relations and Cultural Affairs, AUST deans and heads of departments, along the honored students. The honoring took place on a boat of Bateaux Dubai.

At the opening of the ceremony, Mr. Thamer Salman welcomed and thanked the students for their significant and active participation in on & off campus activities and events. On their part, the honored students expressed their profound gratitude to AUST management and to the Deanship of Student Affairs for the honoring ceremony which will enhance their involvement and immersion in university life.
